First, Rod’s made you Creamy Traditional Hummus; Garlic, Tahini, Olive Oil, Lemon and Herbs. Beside that is my take on a Spicy Tapenade; Olives, Jalapeno, Anchovy and Eggplant. Served with homemade Cornmeal-Peppercorn Crackers and Pita Chips… 12 ¾

Hunter Style Chicken Bake

 

We’re starting with two 6oz Chicken Breasts, Grilling them to get the smoke after hitting them with Chicago Steak Spice. Next we’re going to Cover ‘em in Mushroom and Whisky Cream Sauce; top’em with Parmesan and Bake until Bubbly. Served with Roasted Taters and Buttered Veggies… 24 ¾

 

Pork Schnitzels

 

Starting with the Pork Loin, We’ll cut that guy into 5oz Cutlets; take those Cutlets and Pound them out. Finally we’ll bread them in our house Breadcrumbs and Pan-Fry them Golden. They’re going to be served with Lemon-Herb Spätzle and our Buttered Veggies; Topped with a Brown Butter and Caper Sauce … 28 ¾
